Today's Photo Of The Day Challenge is Coin
Last week we got a new bishop in our ward. The week before that we had a bishop's instruction which our ward usually does on the months with 5 Sundays but because the bishop was going to be released he wanted to do it the week before. Anyway, his focus as the bishop was a lot on the youth and helping them. He wanted to share with us some of the things he had been doing with the youth. He gave each couple one of these coins and then explained it. The GEB~2BB means "You've Got To Eat Big To Be Big". He then went on to explain that if you want to be great then you have to do great things to get there! He used an example of a sister in our ward who is VERY talented at playing the piano. She is one of those who plays for auditions and stuff like that. A piece of music is set in front of her and she can play it without having to practice. She didn't get to be able to do that just by doing nothing, she had to do a lot of practicing when she was younger. So if we want to be great, we have to do those things and make those sacrifices that will help us to become great!
