One of my favorite things about the Christmas season is baking. This year I made pumpkin bread to give away. That is only the start of the baking. There is still fudge, special K treats and twists to come! 
Now this might look like the frosting on a chocolate cake but no, it is WAY better then that. They are called special K treats. I got the recipe from my sister-in-law many years ago and now I make it every Christmas. It is a combination of peanut butter, special K cereal topped with melted chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. YUM! I always take a whole batch to my Uncle Brian and Aunt Val then make a batch for us. So yummy! What are you favorite treats during the holidays?
