Another Christmas tradition I love is burning the candle. It is a tall candle with the days 1 to 25. We burn the candle down one number once a day. We did this when I was younger and then started it again a few years ago. The first day always takes the longest. There is always one or more days we forget it's burning and burn too many numbers that day. Then there are the days we forget to burn it for a few days and have to catch up. Love this tradition!
