Disneyland

A couple of weeks ago we went to Disneyland with James's mom, his brother and his wife and two of their boys. After a long ride to California Carter loved having the boys there and that night enjoyed a pillow fight with them! We did get the kids to bed at a decent hour that night and the next day headed to Disneyland. The first day we were there Carter didn't really like any of the rides because they went into dark tunnels. He closed his eyes and snuggled up to James the whole time. We then went to Toon Town where we got to see Goofey, Mickey, Minnie and Pluto. Carter didn't mind Mickey so much but he didn't want to have anything to do with Minnie. We then found the Autotopia ride which he actually liked and that was the only ride he wanted to keep riding. Later that evening we went over to California Adventure where we saw Lightning McQueen and then he was excited. The second day he was so excited to see Lightning McQueen and Mater and his favorite ride became the tractor ride. He also started to like some of the other rides. We had a lot of fun! I think my favorite rides were the Indiana Jones ride and the new Cars ride, loved it!

The Dumbo I won for Carter at the water gun game. Ok, it was rigged. James had me, him, Carter and Virginia play. If there were four people playing whoever won got the big prize. Since there were only four slots to play one of us was going to win and Carter was going to get the prize either way.
