Emily 2 months old

Wow, where did the last 2 months go. Can't believe she is already 2 months old. She is awake and alert a lot more. She pretty much sleeps through the night. She goes to sleep about 9 or 10 and sleeps until about 5am. Sometimes she gets up between then but not often. She loves Carter and always has her eye on him when he is around. She smiles and babbles (well as much as a 2 month old can babble) which is the cutest thing. I will be feeding her and then she will just stop eating and start smiling and cooing and just wants to talk. Super cute! I love when she wakes up and sees me (or James) she breaks out in a huge smile. She is trying to get the hang of getting her hands to her mouth. She concentrates really hard while doing it and it is cute to watch. She is starting to wear 3-6 month clothes. We love her!

Yesterday she had her two month check up at the doctor. She weighs 12lbs 15oz and is 23 3/4" long. she got three shots which is never fun. Later in the evening the leg she got two shots in was really red and swollen. She got Tylenol and ice and that made it all better.
