Family Fun

The weekend of July 18th we went Safford for Jayden's (my niece) baptism. We hadn't been to Safford for a while so it was so good to go. We had so much fun with the baptism, Chad's birthday, a BBQ, swimming and a rodeo.

After the baptism the kids went swimming. Our dogs got in with them and Zoey LOVED the pool. Hanna and Baily didn't care too much for it. Zoey would start on the top step and jump out and swim around the pool then come back to the top step and do it again. She did this over and over. It was so fun to watch. She would also splash while she was swimming and then bite at the splashes that was funny to watch also. Hanna only got in once and actually swam really well but wouldn't get back in. Baily however jumped in and sunk right to the bottom so she didn't try that again.

Later in the day we went to a rodeo put on by the family of one of Marshall's friends. Some of the events included ribbon roping, calf wrestling and a chicken race for the kids.Marshall and Mitch getting ready for the ribbon roping

As Told By Molly said...

Your family seems like a perfect fit for James, because I know how those St. David boys love a good rodeo!
