San Antonio

The second week in January we went out to San Antonio for James' brother's wedding.  It was Carter's first time on an air plane and he did GREAT!  The flight there the plane wasn't too full so they let us use his car seat and he got a seat of his own.  He slept for most of the way and then played the rest of the way.  I was so impressed.  On the flight back he fell asleep right when we were taking off and didn't wake up until after we landed.

Carter waiting in the San Antonio airport while dad gets the rental car.
While we were there James and Carter needed hair cuts so James found a barber shop and they both got their hair cut.  It was Carter's third hair cut but his first one at the barber and he did such a great job!
Before the hair cut

He held so still

After. They both look so good. :)
While we went into the temple for the sealing Trevor's sister and her kids watched Carter for us.  They said he did really good and they loved to watch him.
The Bride and Groom.  so cute!
Trevor's niece was so nice to take Carter for a while. It's no wonder he liked her so much she fed him cake :)

She let him chew on the cups

and then took him out on the dance floor :)

Carter with uncle Trevor.
Traveling with a baby is a lot different than what we have been used too and we realized that hotel's are not baby friendly.  We didn't have a crib for Carter so he got to sleep in the big boy bed :)
While we were there we went to the Alamo.

And while we where waiting for out flight home Carter found it fun to play with his stroller.

I know he's only 10mo old, but he looks SO grown up sitting in that barber chair. Gosh, time flies! And I just love his deep brown eyes, what a cutie!
