This year I was bound and determined to dye Easter eggs with Carter. We hadn't done it the past few years because we have been out of town and didn't have time to get it done or he was too young. So I got all the stuff ready and we dyed the eggs. Between me forgetting to put the water in the dye (just the vinegar) and an almost three year old with little patience to let the eggs sit in the dye very long we ended up with some interesting looking eggs. They were just speckled kind of :) Carter loved putting the eggs in the dye then pulling them right out and putting them in another color. We ended up with finger prints of different colors on all of them and with some broken eggs. But it was fun and he loved it!
