For Carter's birthday this year we decided to take him to Sea World. We were excited that Grandma Parker and Megan got to go with us! We left on Carter's birthday which means he spent his birthday driving for 6 hours in a car but he actually did really well. We took him to Chuck E Cheese that night then got some cupcakes to celebrate his birthday. The next day we went to Sea World. Carter loved it! He mostly loved the shows. The next day we went to the beach and Carter LOVED the beach. We couldn't get him out of the water! The first time we took him to the beach two years ago he wouldn't even walk in the sand we had to carry him so this was a change that he loved running in the sand! It was a fun trip and here are a ton of pictures of it!

| When we first got into Sea World and were taking this picture at the entrance a lady who worked there came and asked us if that was our first time being there. She then told us that because they are celebrating their 50th anniversary they were giving away prizes. We got four bands that allowed us premier seating at all the shows so we didn't have to go early to save seats and we could go to the front of the line of any ride! |

| Carter's favorite ride was this helicopter ride. It is a simulation ride that takes you through the arctic and on one part it wrecks. We went on it once with everyone and then once with just Carter and I. After we went on it and James asked Carter how he liked it Carter told him "It crashed again!" |

| Just before the Shamu show. Love my little family! |
| Running to the water at the beach he couldn't wait to get in! |
| The last night we were there James and I got to go on a date while Virginia and Megan watched Carter. We walked through some small shops on the beach then went and watched this sunset at the coolest place. We then ate dinner at a place on the beach. It was a lot of fun and a much needed date night! |
| One of the first things we saw when we got into Sea World was this little family of ducks. Right after I took this picture the ducks started going into the water and a pelican came to try and get one of the babies. The mama duck went after it. It was pretty cool to watch. She kept all of her babies safe! |
| On the way home from California we stopped at these sand dunes to get our wiggles out! |
